• Refund requests will only be considered if the astrological report generation fails due to a technical issue or error on our end. If the report is successfully generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• If you encounter any issues with the report, such as incomplete data or failure to generate, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a refund or a replacement report based on the situation.
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase or report delivery. Any requests beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval and will be returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
